In a glittering city that towers above the clouds, a dark shadow is growing...

You are a rookie detective, on their first-ever case out in the field. Together with your partner and mentor, Marian Hayworth,  investigate the disappearance of a wealthy financier from the glitzy Upper City, and descend into the grimy depths of the Lower City to crack the case.
